I spent two nights here and found the location ideal for my wedding visit. Friendly staff helped with my basic Spanish. The small breakfast venue offered delightful pastries. Opt for the inclusive breakfast if you can! Walking to the beautiful park was a serene highlight.

stayed in serrano for one night and loved the location in the salamanca neighborhood. it's a quick stroll to mercado de la paz and parque de el retiro. the bed was super comfy, and the a/c worked like a charm. quality towels and sheets made for a great night's sleep.

After a long day of sightseeing, returning to a clean room was perfect! The location in the Salamanca district made dining easy with charming local cafes nearby. Be sure to ask for advance taxi arrangements, especially when traveling with kids. Overall, a solid experience.

The lounge area and big flat TV were perfect for winding down after a busy day in the city. One little thing I wished for was a complimentary bottle of water in the room, but overall, I had a fantastic stay! 😊
